2/3/2020 Finished painting the living room and the basement ceilings are in with lights!
2/6/2020 Washed and painted the stairway going down to the basement. All of the trim has been added to the finished area as well. I also repainted the living room with a frost color because the old white wasn’t as appealing as I had hoped.
2/6/2020 The final improvements before carpet installation were done in the basement today. The HVAC was installed to encourage adequate air and heat flow below the ground level. I also primed one of the spare bedrooms.
2/11/2020 The last few days have just been priming and painting the two main floor bedrooms. I will be finished with both rooms tomorrow.
3/5/2020 The carpet was installed and it looks fantastic! The house is finally nearing move-in ready status! Just a few things need to be fixed. This property is going to be listed very soon!

4/18/2020 After receiving feedback from a number of sources, we decided to paint the countertops to get rid of the bold red once and for all. These pictures show the primed countertops.
4/19/2020 The countertops have been painted using the Sicilian Sand color scheme. The countertop colors now flow very nicely with the tile flooring.
