We completed this renovation in April of 2022. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with over 2100 finished square feet was stunning. It had a bonus workshop in the basement, two sheds in the fenced in backyard, and a small deck off the back door. Among the renovations completed were:
-New roof
-New siding on dormer
-New water heater
-New flooring
-New paint in entire interior
-Plumbing work that has been brought up to code
-Electrical work that has been brought up to code
-New landing and stairway to front door
-Yard cleaned up and shed restored
-Basement bathroom/laundry room finished
Besides all of the renovations, it was in a spectacular location! It was just a few blocks away from John Muir school, a mile from downtown Wausau, a mile from Aspirus and Marshfield Clinic, and less than a mile from all of the great restaurants on Stewart Ave.
